I’ve just recently become interested in kale due to juicing. After reading this, I will definitely try some of the authors recipes for cooking it. This was easy to read and very informative. I recommend it to anyone with an interest in health, nutrition, juicing, cooking, etc. This truly is a super food and the author gives as much info as one wants or needs in an interesting format, with pictures, which I really liked. I will look for other books by Mr. Hill.
